To build a community of skilled and active young people ready and focused on the bigger picture through inclusion and participation for economic empowerment, local and regional development by providing the necessary tools and mechanisms to facilitate and excite such a process. This we believe will reduce crime, unsafe sex, joblessness, drugs and substance abuse to improve judgment and decision making for a better society.

Specific aims and objectives:

Support for academic excellence through school based programs.
Advocacy for Behavior Change Campaign amongst the youth.
Establishment of Partnerships for training, research & employment creation.
Enhanced Entrepreneurship through incubation and marketing and linkages.
Talent scouting amongst young people of ages 10 - 24.
Career counseling, guidance and support for Peer Education and Reproductive Health.
